Chatstack (formerly Live Help) allows you to chat with your web site visitors. You are able to see who is currently browsing your web site and accept incoming chat requests from your web site visitors right on your iPhone.
Chatstack also allows you to view chat history and manage operator accounts. Supports iPhone push notifications.
Please note: This software requires our Chatstack server software v5.1 or above. You can not use this app unless you are already using our Chatstack server software on your web site.

Pros and cons of Chatstack app for iPhone and iPad
Chatstack app good for
Both the iPhone app and the Desktop app are great. The push notifications are super fast.
I tried other vendor hosted chat solutions and your self hosted version is the best by far.
iPhone app suggestions:
-Push notifications of new visitor to site/s with custom sound.
-Initiate chat option from iPhone.
-Sound choices and volume options.
Hi
This version has a bug and visitor message is not sent to me
Very happy with this product! :) Does everything it says it does. The Live Help software itself is simply put AMAZING. The iPhone app is the icing on the cake. Now we are online 24/7. The browser based version gets 5 stars as well. I have read around and heard of others having trouble with push notifications but we are not experiencing that at all. We have tried other live chat software but none other compares to Live Help Messenger!
Had some difficulty installing the client software and due to the time difference, was hard to get help, but when I did I was able to get it installed without a problem. iPhone software works exactly as advertised, including push notification, so im not sure what the other reviewer was mentioning. We dropped our other chat service after testing this, nice to not have a monthly fee.
Pro: Very good app for mobile if you are not on your desk or travel most of the time.
Con: Since ios 5 update, you have to type in your password every time you open the app. Dont close the app if you do not want to type in the password again.
Developer known the problem but no fixes yet since ios5 release.
App is stable. Works on ios7. Has older style keyboard. That should be updated. Chat works very fast but app needs more features and settings. Alert tone sound cant be custom. Customers site link cant be seen or clicked on in chat so you have no idea what product or page they are looking at. Its a good start but no where are good as the windows app.
Some bad moments
NO push notifications whatsoever, despite the claims of having it on their website, so you MUST keep this application running 24x7 in the foreground in order to actually benefit from its use, which, of course, makes the iPhone nothing but a giant helpdesk.
Does not keep users logged in, it logs them out without being notified to do so.
Does not startup with the phone
If youre looking for something for a temporary "support app", this might work, but only if you plan on running this and only this and checking it every 5 minutes.
Nearly 15 bucks for an app that seems to crash constantly. The full version on my website is great though!
Used to keep you logged in but new update doesnt anymore. This defeats the purpose of having a help desk app if you have to be using the app 247 to stay logged in. Thats what a laptop is for. This is an iPhone app. Wheres the push notifications? And why does it kick me out after five minutes of not using it? This is a great app if you have an iPhone but dont have a life. Im switching help desk platforms because of this.
Ive had an issue with the app for almost 2 months. I checked their support documents and couldnt find anything to help me. I put in 4 tickets over the 2 months and I never got one reply. Im still unable to find the answer to my problem.
Ive been forced to find another live help for my website that offers tech support and actually replies to their support tickets. The funny part is that they never answered any of my support tickets, but they closed them less then 24 hours after I opened them. Makes you think?
iPad air - IOS 7
App crashed within seconds if starting each time.
Have re-installed, rebooted pad, no go?!
Does this app work for anyone else on an iPad?
This product is awful! It is so buggy it should never have been released in beta let alone SOLD to the public. New 2.0 "update" and name change made things go from bad to worse. Literally nothing works and the bugs are a moving target. Just when you think it may be sorted out another bigger problem presents itself. The bugs on the PC are different than the ones on the iPhone app. Photos for operators are mixed up no matter how many times you correct them and/or upload new photo. It shows operators offline when in fact theyre signed in and online. iPhone app locks up on login for hours (if you let it). PC app disconnects every few minutes and when you try to log back in it says wrong password even when its right. Then you have to exit program entirely and restart the program. Initiate Chat stopped working when the upgrade happened...etc., etc. Customer support is a joke too. Dont throw away your money. Were looking for a replacement.
